Our Story
As parents of boys chasing their dream of playing college baseball, we experienced firsthand how overwhelming and disorganized the recruiting process can feel. Between emails, campus visits, target lists, events, and coach communication—it became clear that families need a better system to manage it all.
With a background in technology and a passion for solving real-life problems, we decided to build the platform we wished we had. RecruitBaseball started as a personal tool to help our family stay on track—and quickly became something we knew could benefit others going through the same journey.
Our mission is to simplify and streamline the recruiting process—for players, parents, coaches, and recruiters—so that more athletes can focus on their development and get the opportunities they deserve.
